Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the start of the booking to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund but customers can choose between receiving a full service credit or a refund fee of 50% of the total booking price.

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at perfectbeachdaynj@gmail.com or phone at (484) 326-4673 and provide your booking details, including but not limited to name under booking, date of booking, and reason for cancellation.
Booking and Reservations:

Booking Process: Reservations for any services or rentals must be made through our website, phone, or email, and the services are pre-paid in full.

Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and an email confirmation is sent.

Availability: PBD will make every effort to accommodate your request, but all services and equipment are subject to availability at the time of booking. If we are not able to fulfill your service request we will contact you as soon as possible with alternative accommodations.
Rental Items:

Rental Items: PBD offers various beach gear for rent. The services, rented gear, and addons are listed on the services tab of our website. The customer is responsible for the proper care and use of these items during the service period.

Use of Equipment: Customers must use the rented equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the Rental Agreement and Rain Policy provided by PBD.

Damage or Loss: The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented items. In case of damage or loss, the customer will be required to pay for repairs or replacement of the equipment.
Customer Conduct

Respect for Property: All customers must respect the property and facilities provided by PBD.

Behavior: Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests and staff. Perfect Beach Day NJ does not condone any illegal, harmful, irresponsible, or dangerous behavior.

Smoking and Alcohol: Please follow local laws and regulations regarding these activities.
Safety and Liability

Liability Waiver: By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in activities that carry inherent risks. You agree to waive any liability against Perfect Beach Day NJ for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of rented equipment or while on the premises.

Injuries: Perfect Beach Day NJ is not responsible for injuries that may occur due to the use of our equipment, facilities, or any other activities associated with our services. All customers are responsible for their own safety.
Age Restrictions:

Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 18 years of age to rent equipment or use services from PBD. Minors may use our services only under the supervision of an adult.

By booking, renting, or using services provided by Perfect Beach Day NJ (PBD), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and any interactions with PBD. This policy ensures fairness for all parties and helps us continue to provide quality equipment and services.
