Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. • To cancel your booking, please contact us via [email/phone number] and provide your booking details. • Exceptions may apply for extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen emergencies, at our discretion. Damaged or Stolen Equipment Policy: • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper use of all rented equipment. • In the event of damage, theft, or loss of any rented equipment, the customer will be charged 75% of the item’s retail price to cover replacement or repair costs. • If damages are minor and repairable, customers will be charged the lesser of the repair cost or 75% of the item price. • Any incidents involving damage or theft must be reported immediately to our team to resolve the matter promptly. Terms of Agreement: By renting equipment from us, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. This policy ensures fairness for all parties and helps us continue to provide quality equipment and services.
