Rental Agreement
Service and Rental:

Rental items and services are provided based on the rates and items listed on the PBD website at the time of booking. These rates are subject to change at the discretion of PBD.The price confirmed at the time of booking will be the price honored for the rental period.
Payment:

All payments for the rental, including any applicable fees, are due in full at the time of booking. Payments will be processed using a card on file provided by the customer at the time of booking. The customer agrees to keep a valid card on file for the duration of the rental period and acknowledges that payment for the rental will be automatically processed on the provided card.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

The rented equipment will be delivered to the agreed-upon location at the time specified in the booking confirmation. Likewise, the equipment will be picked up from the same location at the agreed-upon time. If the client wishes to extend booking after 5pm additional fees will be charged at an hourly rate of 20% of the total booking price.
Damaged or Stolen Equipment Policy:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper use of all rented equipment. The renter agrees to use the rented items with care, in a manner consistent with their intended purpose, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The renter shall return the rented items in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The renter is responsible for any cleaning charges or repair costs incurred due to damage beyond normal use.

In the event of damage, theft, or loss of any rented equipment, the customer will be charged 100% of the item’s retail price to cover replacement or applicable repair costs.

If damages are minor and repairable, the customers will be charged the repair cost.

Any incidents involving damage or theft must be reported immediately to our team to resolve the matter promptly and replace your equipment.

Fees for stolen property will only be charged if our team determines the stolen rented equipment are directly due to the negligence of the Renter to adhere to the below guidelines.

The Renter agrees to never leave the rented equipment unattended at the beach.

The Renter agrees to move the rented equipment away from the shorelines if the ocean poses a threat of impeding on the rented equipment.

Cancellation Policy: This is outlined in our Terms and Services and additionally you can find our responses to inclement weather in our Rain Policy.

By renting equipment from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above. This policy ensures fairness for all parties and helps us continue to provide quality equipment and services.
